These terms

By using caretribe.ai you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. CareTribe AI operates this website.

What this website is

This is a pre-launch marketing website for CareTribe, a mobile app in development. The app is not currently available. Everything described on this site reflects what we intend to build, and may change before release.

What CareTribe is not

  • Not a medical service. CareTribe does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on this website should be treated as such. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional about anything medical.
  • Not an emergency service. If someone is in danger or needs urgent medical help, contact your local emergency number.
  • Not a care provider. CareTribe does not employ, vet, supply, supervise or insure carers. It is a tool for coordinating help between people who already know each other, and we are not a party to any arrangement made between them.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no contract between us. It does not guarantee access to CareTribe, a place in any queue, particular features, or any particular price. We may close the waitlist or change our plans at any time. How we handle your email address is set out in our privacy policy.

Using this website

You agree not to:

  • submit anybody else's email address to the waitlist without their permission
  • attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or fraudulent signups, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission
  • use the site for anything unlawful

Content and accuracy

The written content on this site, including the articles, is general information rather than professional advice. We have written it carefully but make no warranty that it is complete or suitable for your situation. Decisions about care are yours.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding on this site belong to CareTribe AI unless stated otherwise. You may read, quote and link to it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control and are not responsible for what is on those sites.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
